ABOUT THE ROLE
At FlyRank, we build AI systems that power large-scale SEO, content generation, optimization, and distribution for modern growth teams.
As an AI Engineer, you’ll design and build the core AI infrastructure behind FlyRank’s platform: content engines, ranking intelligence, retrieval systems, automation pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to turn cutting-edge AI into scalable production systems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered features across FlyRank’s platform.
- Develop and optimize systems using LLMs, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, agents, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build scalable workflows for content generation, SEO optimization, data analysis, and automation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Improve reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of AI systems in production.
- Contribute to shared platform components (APIs, internal tools, model orchestration, monitoring).
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
- Strong programming skills (Python required; TypeScript/Node.js is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agent-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and production deployment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and collaborate in fast-moving teams.
- High ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI systems for SEO, content generation, or growth tooling.
- Experience with vector databases, evaluation pipelines, or AI observability tools.
- Background in data engineering or distributed systems.
