ABOUT THE ROLE
At FlyRank, we’re building AI-native growth infrastructure that helps companies scale organic acquisition through SEO, AEO, GEO, and programmatic content systems.
As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will own product vision, strategy, and execution across FlyRank’s AI growth platform.
You will lead the development of our core systems — content engines, optimization layers, ranking intelligence, AI workflows, and automation infrastructure — transforming AI capabilities into scalable, predictable growth.
This is a senior, high-ownership role. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, SEO, client success, and go-to-market teams to define direction, ship impactful products, and drive measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will operate at both strategic and execution levels — defining long-term direction while ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery.

Define and lead product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for FlyRank’s AI growth platform.

Own the full product lifecycle: discovery → validation → MVP → iteration → scale.

Translate customer problems and growth opportunities into clear product specs, success metrics, and prioritized execution plans.

Partner closely with AI and engineering teams to scope and deliver advanced AI systems (LLM workflows, prompt systems, retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks, reliability layers).

Drive platform coherence across content engines, SEO tooling, APIs, automation layers, and data infrastructure.

Establish strong feedback loops across customer discovery, onboarding insights, retention analysis, and performance analytics.

Collaborate on positioning and launch strategy — articulating product value in clear, outcome-driven language.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a senior product leader who combines strategic thinking with strong technical fluency in AI systems.

5+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS, AI products, dev tools, growth platforms, or automation systems).

Proven experience owning and shipping complex technical products.

Strong ability to define product strategy, prioritize tradeoffs, and manage cross-functional execution.

Solid understanding of AI systems (LLMs, prompt orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, reliability, data pipelines).

Data-driven mindset: define KPIs, run experiments, interpret results, and iterate rapidly.

High ownership mentality and comfort operating in a fast-moving AI startup environment.
