ABOUT THE ROLE
At FlyRank, we’re building AI-native growth infrastructure that helps companies scale organic acquisition through SEO, AEO, GEO, and programmatic content systems.
As an AI Product Manager, you’ll own product strategy and execution across FlyRank’s core platform: our content engines, optimization systems, ranking intelligence, and automation layers that turn AI into predictable growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship products that transform modern AI capabilities into reliable, measurable distribution outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define product strategy and roadmap for FlyRank’s AI growth platform.
- Translate customer and user problems into clear specs, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps (MVP → iteration loops).
- Partner with engineering to scope and deliver AI features (agentic workflows, content automation, evaluation systems, reliability tooling).
- Build strong feedback loops: customer discovery, onboarding insights, retention drivers, and performance analytics.
- Own platform coherence across FlyRank’s systems (content engines, SEO tooling, APIs, data pipelines, and automation layers).
- Collaborate on positioning and launch plans that explain value in simple, outcome-driven language (demos, narratives, use cases).
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in Product Management (SaaS, dev tools, growth tools, automation, or AI products).
- Strong ability to write crisp product specs, prioritize tradeoffs, and manage delivery with engineering teams.
- Comfort working with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt systems, retrieval, evaluation, reliability, data pipelines).
- Data-informed mindset: define metrics, run experiments, interpret results, and iterate.
- High ownership and execution speed.
Nice to have
- Experience building products in SEO, growth, or large-scale content systems.
- Experience with agentic systems, workflow automation, or competitive intelligence platforms.
