ABOUT THE ROLE
At FlyRank, we’re building AI-native growth infrastructure that helps companies scale organic acquisition through SEO, AEO, GEO, and programmatic content systems.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will own the post-sale relationship and ensure customers get measurable outcomes from FlyRank. You’ll be the main point of contact for onboarding, strategy, performance reviews, and retention — translating customer goals into clear plans and keeping execution aligned across teams.
This role combines relationship ownership with strong operational execution. You’ll work closely with SEO, product, and engineering to drive adoption, expand accounts, and build long-term customer trust.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will own customer outcomes end-to-end and make sure FlyRank delivers clear value that customers can measure.

Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring fast time-to-value.

Own ongoing customer communication, expectations, and success plans.

Run performance reviews and QBR-style check-ins tied to KPIs and outcomes.

Identify risks early, manage escalations, and drive resolution with internal teams.

Coordinate across SEO, product, and engineering to keep delivery smooth and aligned.

Drive retention and expansion by identifying opportunities and proving impact.

Improve customer success processes, playbooks, and reporting as we scale.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a senior-level operator who can lead relationships, drive outcomes, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success (B2B SaaS or services).

Proven track record managing a book of business and driving retention/expansion.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, set expectations, and influence stakeholders.

Analytical mindset: comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and performance-driven conversations.

High ownership, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple accounts independently.

Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams.
