ABOUT THE ROLE
At FlyRank, we’re building AI-native growth infrastructure that helps companies scale organic acquisition through SEO, AEO, GEO, and programmatic content systems.
As a Mid-Level SEO Specialist, you will execute and improve SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth. You’ll work across keyword research, content optimization, on-page improvements, and performance analysis — turning data into clear actions that improve rankings and results.
This role is hands-on and outcome-focused. You’ll collaborate closely with Client Success, SEO, and content teams to deliver SEO work that ships consistently and compounds over time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will own day-to-day SEO execution and help turn strategy into consistent, measurable results.

Run keyword research and map opportunities to content and landing pages.

Optimize existing pages for search intent, structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO.

Support content planning with clear briefs, outlines, and SEO requirements.

Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console and analytics, then translate findings into next actions.

Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report progress against goals.

Identify technical or structural SEO issues and coordinate with the SEO Engineer when needed.

Support ongoing experimentation across titles, meta descriptions, page structure, and content formats.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who can execute strongly, think analytically, and work independently while staying aligned with outcomes.

2–4 years of experience in SEO (in-house, agency, or performance-focused roles).

Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, and content optimization.

Comfortable using SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, etc.).

Strong writing and editorial judgment (you can improve content quality, not just “SEO it”).

Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives at once.

Clear communication and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
NICE TO HAVE

Experience in SEO for SaaS, marketplaces, or content-heavy platforms.

Familiarity with programmatic SEO or large-scale content systems.

Basic understanding of technical SEO (crawl/indexing, CWV, canonicals, schema).

Experience using AI tools to speed up research, briefs, and optimization workflows.

Experience writing strong SEO briefs and collaborating with writers/designers.
